Our school provides an atmosphere to share, live, and express your best in small group classes for various purposes and all skill levels. It's not only about getting in shape; it's about attaining your objectives and becoming the best version of yourself.
- Gloves are included for begginers;
- No experience needed;
- 1 hour of workout (strength and condition, technique, games, stretching, meditation);
-Properly clothes are required.
